We handle inbound telephone calls on behalf of our clients.

Our staff are friendly and reliable and many of them have been with us since 1997, when we started the business.

We handle hundreds of thousands of calls annually.

Each call is special to us.

We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We will always be there for you!

Angela

I have been with Verbatim since January 2002.

I love watching my fiancé play rugby.

I love camping and climbing in Scotland or Wales even in the snow.

Ann

I have been with Verbatim since May 1998 and look upon it as part of my family.

I am married with a 13 year old ‘Kevin’ who loves spending my money and deafening me with rock music!

I enjoy good food and wine and reading a good book.

Carole

I have been with Verbatim since September 1999 and love working here.

Family and friends are very important to me and I am a very proud Nana.

I enjoy cruising, cooking and all crafts especially jewellery making – quite a few people at Verbatim have a ‘Carole special’ which makes me happy to see that my hobby is worthwhile.

Claire

I have been with Verbatim since June 2008.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am also a huge fan of Bracknell Bees Ice Hockey Club, which I visit often – ‘Come on Bracknell’!

Apart from supporting Ice Hockey I love shopping and have a bit of a drink at weekends.

Donna

I have been with Verbatim since March 2003.

I enjoy socializing and spending time with my family and children.
At present I have two children with one in the making – exciting times ahead.

I like to go swimming and when I am not pregnant, going to the gym; now I can only sit and watch documentaries – Eastenders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale!

Hayley

I have been with Verbatim since July 2008 and its a great place to work.

I am busy at the moment preparing for my September 2010 wedding and I can’t wait! – such excitement.

In Jan 2010, I qualified as a foot health professional. I also love fast cars, football, skiing and gambling!

Jackie

I have been with Verbatim since Feb 2000.

I enjoy socialising with friends and family. I recently have taken up knitting – most of my colleagues have something made from Jackie!

I am looking forward to going to the USA in September for my partner’s ½ century celebration.

Jess

I have been with Verbatim since April 2008. I’ve just returned from my first skiing holiday (no bones broken but quite a lot of bruising) and it was BRILLIANT – next Winter Olympics here I come!

I have just completed my NVQ level, which I am very proud of because I did not think before I started I could do it.

In my free time I am a serious chiller and love going out just to have a few drinks with friends.

Kelly

I have been with Verbatim since July 2009 – I’m the ‘Toddler’ of the company.

I am a fun-seeker who enjoys horse riding and competing, socialising with my friends and strutting my stuff on the dance floor – Watch out Britney!

Lizzie

I have been with Verbatim since July 2006, and in that time I have made some great friends and passed both my NVQ level 2 and my driving test.

I now have a wonderful car – a Mini!

In my spare time I enjoy socializing with friends, shopping ’til you drop – and going to the Emirates to watch Arsenal.

Lorna

I have been with Verbatim since January 2009 and I am really enjoying being part of a friendly and helpful team.

I am a happily married mother of two and very proud of our four grandchildren.

I enjoy swimming and meeting up with friends.

I also enjoy catching up with my family in Somerset on a regular basis.

Misty

I have been with Verbatim since September 2007, this time.

I left the company to go travelling in June 2006, so this is my second time to work for the company.

I have just completed my NVQ Level 3 in Customer service – great!
I like to keep a bit active and going out to have a good time

Sheena

I have been with Verbatim since March 2003 and I have just completed my NVQ Level 2 and looking forward to starting Level 3 very soon.

I enjoy working for the company as the girls here are great.

I work 2 days a week but manage to fill the rest of my week with shopping, more shopping and tea and cakes with my friends.

I have a wonderful husband and I am also a proud Mum of two.

Tasha

I have been with Verbatim since June 2001.

I have 2 wonderful children ages 6 & 9.

I love F1 and watch every race when possible, with Lewis Hamilton being my special favourite.

In my other spare time I enjoy going out for meals with the girls and drinking fine wines.
