“Service Proven Invaluable” in Bad Weather

During the bad winter weather, our clients have been able to operate their businesses as normal. Here’s a comment kindly sent in by one client:

Dear Gavin and Nick,

A quick email to express my thanks for your support over the past fortnight.

Whilst our rural roads have been severely affected, we have had limited numbers of staff able to attend work. In that time, as occurred in February last year due to inclement weather, your message taking service has proven invaluable in dealing with incoming calls when we have no staff available.

Thereafter staff working remotely from home have been able to return calls and in doing so we have maintained a good service level for those clients able to attend work and requiring assistance with their enquiries.

I spoke with Annie each morning concerned and within a few minutes she was able to organise our remote office operation very swiftly, please therefore thank her on our behalf.
