		<description>Leaving aside the data protection issue here - answering the phone professionally and responding to enquiries appropriately is a real art, the voice on the line is a representative of the company and will effect the way customers perceive that company ... I doubt very much that the level of motivation of someone earning just £1.50 a day will manifest into a happy smiley voice!</description>

I like having the Morgan PR telephones answered by your lovely &#039;inmates&#039; who cheerfully greet our clients and prospect and pass them through with an audible smile! And I don&#039;t have to worry they are going to fleece me or the caller as their profresionalism and honesty is beyond question. Keep up the good work!</description>

Simple rule, if you are dealing with people, manners maketh man (Or women ;-) and smiling is free!
